Return & Refund Policy

Return Period
All customers have the right to return their order within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason. The return period begins on the day the customer receives the order.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • The item should be returned in the original packaging where possible.

  • The item must not be damaged or altered after delivery.

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the return may be refused.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us by email at:

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return (optional)

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide further instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure the returned package arrives safely.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Original shipping costs may not be refunded unless required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at Info@alzaro.nl so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
