We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are processed from our Dutch warehouse within 24–48 hours after being placed.
Orders placed on weekdays before 23:00 (CEST) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following day. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday.
The estimated delivery time, as shown at checkout and on our shipping page, starts from the moment your order has been dispatched.

If you would like to return your purchase, we are here to assist you. You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us via our contact form or email us at info@alzaro.nl. Our team will guide you through the return process. We kindly recommend keeping your proof of shipment and tracking information until your return has been successfully delivered to our warehouse, as this helps ensure everything is handled smoothly.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items should also be returned in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including underwear items such as socks, perfumes without their original sealed packaging, items marked as final sale, items returned after the 14-day return period, and any items that show signs of wear or damage.
Return shipping costs and any applicable customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Bundle or multipack items should be returned as a complete set, including all items and original packaging. For 1+1 or 2+1 promotions, free items are not eligible for refund and these promotions are not eligible for returns.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund as soon as possible.

For customers in the Netherlands, shipping costs €4.95. Orders above €80 qualify for free shipping.
For customers within Europe, shipping costs €7.95. Orders above €120 qualify for free shipping.
